We had Wingate Power install our generator in October 2023. It was a great, easy install and we had no issues. Today we lost power, generator ran, but we still had no electricity. We called Wingate (a Saturday afternoon), told them the issue and said it was no hurry - they were here in less than 10 minutes and fixed the problem immediately (just a small wire had become loose). Showed us how to check and fix in the future. AMAZING service. We are so happy we went with Wingate.
