Wineotech just completed the installation of a Whisperkool ceiling-mounted mini-split system in my small home cellar (~600 bottles). Luis (owner) was very responsive by email throughout the process, from estimate through completion. He and his crew arrived on time, wearing masks and gloves (in these COVID-19 times...) and took all necessary precautions to keep themselves and my family safe. The rough-in was done very cleanly and Luis had several thoughtful suggestions about the cellar. The final installation of the evaporator and condenser and the commissioning, test & adjust of the system was just completed a couple of days ago. Luis is very conscientious, knowledgeable about his trade and thorough in his explanation of the various stages of the work, responding thoroughly to my questions. As a former tradesman myself, I can appreciate quality workmanship and recognize when someone takes pride in their work and makes a concerted effort to establish an ongoing relationship with his clients and earn referrals. We will use Wine-o-Tech for regular maintenance and recommend them highly.

We were unsatisfied with the maintenance service received from another company. We spent a lot of money in repairs and parts replacing without good results. So, we realized it was time to change. Then, we called WINOTECH. Technician did show up right away, made a detailed diagnosis, the budget was reasonable, problem was fixed in the time offered before and we were very satisfied also because the technician was polite, respectful and efficient.
