I write reviews on Google when they are well deserved, and this was a very positive experience. I spoke with Lisa on the phone who took my VIN, insurance, policy number, etc. Lisa then called my insurance and got the information on if there would be a deductible or complete coverage on my cracked windshield. My personal policy covered a replacement windshield and calibration of the sensors (pedestrians, high beams, rain sensor). We scheduled an appointment 1 week later, and two service people came at different times. Crew (Rob and Bob) was on time and quick and handled everything very smoothly! I appreciated being explained the insurance claim process, the windshield (Pilkington versus STOCK OEM), and the very smooth install. Was painless and great! The Pilkington windshield looks identical to my Toyota OEM windshield that cracked for my 2019 Rav4 Gen 5 and has all the features the previous one did. Thanks! I will go again to your shop if I ever get another cracked windshield.

Great experience with Windshield Pros in Lombard. They arrived on time, were finished in about half an hour, and everything looks really good. The price was about half of what their larger competitor quoted, with no drop in quality. Fast, professional, and affordable—I would definitely recommend them!!!

A funeral Flag fell off of a car and shattered my windshield. They came out within 48 hours to fix it. Ted and Jim are very professional, explained everything and did an amazing job. If I needed anything again I would definitely use them again.

My work truck had a cracked windshield and needed to be replaced, they understood that i needed to have this back asap because this was what i use for work. they got me in the next morning and i was in and out in just over an hour. they did a great job. i will be using them if i ever need another windshield replace.

This place is great. They answer the phone and they're up front with their pricing. They'll even come to your house to do a repair. I called some of the other companies that the insurance companies were promoting and their customer service was terrible. I will be using windshield Pros for my entire fleet.

Great windshield replacement experience today! - upfront pricing (I was worried about the recalibration add on during the process but it was well explained and I didn’t have to pay extra). Great customer service from Darlene. - professional work. Ted’s 26 years of experience shows! - punctual / flexible on location. Hope you don’t need such service but highly recommend it in case you do.

This company is great! I had a windshield replaced because of a small crack and they worked with me and my availability. Both Bills I worked with and anyone else I spoke with on the phone were amazing, good people!

I had my windshield replaced today at windshield pros. Bill, the owner, did it. I’ve used Bill for auto glass replacement for many years, following him to whatever company he is with. His years in the field makes him a master of his craft. Not only did he get me in ASAP, but he did an amazing job! Very personable and friendly to work with! And his prices were the best around. I will definitely go back if I need any glass work done. I definitely recommend Windshield Pros!
