Window World of La Crosse

We had two doors and two windows replaced by Mike, Cody and Jeremy. They were prompt and knowledgeable with the installation. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Window World to anyone interested in replacing existing doors and/or windows.

Nick and Jeremy came out today from Window World to remove and replace 2 storm doors. They did have to do some modifications to the casing on the back door. Both persons were very cordial and very professional. The doors and their work ethics and quality of work and doors were excellent. Would definitely recommend them and Window World for a job well done.

The service we received from Window World was for a basement door replacement. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I worked with Mark to determine the scope of work, select a door, and to get all of my questions answered while seeking proposals. They offered fair pricing for the door and installation as well as a sufficient warranty. Delana, who works behind the scenes in the office was great at communication and timeliness to send over documents we needed from them as a business, such as their W-9 and Certificate of Liability Insurance. She went above and beyond, making a trip to our office to personally deliver an item that was inadvertently taken with the install team. The installation occurred a month ahead of schedule, which was a bonus to the entire process. Mike and Cody were our installers who arrived early, worked quickly (in the rain) and professionally, and left the space clean. We were able to conduct our business and operations as usual during the install process, which was appreciated. It was a pleasure to support this local-veteran owned business and I would absolutely do business again in the future with them or refer anyone needing services within their scope. We all know that projects like this can be daunting, but they made it seamless. Thank you for the start to finish positive experience!

Window World hired a third party to perform the installation of our door. The team was informative about arrival time and details during the installation. The work was done very well. The door is installed straight, caulking is clean and the frame work is perfectly cut. The team cleaned up after and left us with the proper paperwork. We would definitely work with Window World again in the future.

We recently needed to replace all of our old windows, and after much research, scheduled a meeting with Window World of LaCrosse. We were very pleased that they were willing to drive 75 miles to meet with us. Mark, the project Mgr, was a pleasure to work with; presenting their products, options, install time-frame, and project estimate. Although we were concerned about the cost to replace all of our windows, their cost estimate was very realistic and reasonable; and we decided to move forward. A few days later, Jared, the Owner of the Company, came out to double-check all measurements and answer any other questions or concerns. Due to some concern we had about the time estimate for install, due to their busy season, Jared assured us he would do what he could to accommodate our needs. After the windows were manufactured and shipped, the office Mgr, Delana, contacted us to confirm an install date. And communicated consistently with us during the installation process. The installation went very smoothly, and the install team was professional, and very hard working and meticulous. In two days they completed install of 9 windows and all exterior trim. With all of that being explained, the bottom-line is they did a great job. Everyone we came in contact with at Window World of LaCrosse was friendly, professional, and really cared about the quality of work, and our satisfaction. The project was completed a month ahead of the original time-estimate, final cost was exactly as projected; and we are extremely pleased with the quality, look and functionality of the windows. This was a great group of people to work with, and we would highly recommend Window World of LaCrosse to anyone. The entire process, from start to finish, was a pleasure.

The new windows and indoor trim look so good! Jeremy and Nick did a great job. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and window world of lacrosse if you are interested in getting new windows.
