I had a brilliant experience at this dental practice. Kate, my hygienist, was fantastic, friendly, gentle, and importantly very thorough. She took the time to explain everything and made the whole appointment really comfortable. Kelly on reception was equally lovely, welcoming me with a smile and making the check-in and booking process effortless when it came to rescheduling my next appointment. She talked me through the pricing in a really clear and easy to understand way. Overall, a genuinely professional and caring team. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this dentist and had an excellent experience. I’d been extremely nervous about dental appointments for years due to a bad experience in the past, but Ahmed completely changed that for me. I had a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain, so I messaged them first thing on a Sunday morning. To my surprise, they responded straight away and were able to see me within two hours. Their kindness and efficiency made a huge difference at a really stressful moment. The dentist was gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything, which helped me feel at ease throughout the appointment. I’m so grateful for the care I received, and it’s the first time I’ve ever left a dental visit feeling relaxed. It was great, they got me in the 1st day to get a dressing on the infected tooth. Had a rough night with pain so messaged in the morning and got me straight in within 1 hour of messaging to have the tooth extracted. Was in there for no longer than half hour and it was done. Super impressed with the service, the dentist made me feel calm and relaxed while getting the injections. Thank you so much i highly recommend.

I attended this practice privately for root canal treatment on an upper molar. The procedure was completed over two appointments at a total cost of £750. However, the tooth (which had already lost a significant portion) was simply restored with a mercury amalgam filling. When I inquired about additional options, such as a more durable restoration or a gold/porcelain crown, I was offered the chance to book a follow-up appointment. I agreed, but received no further communication or confirmation for several months. The pain has resolved, and for that I am grateful to the practice. Unfortunately, due to the lack of follow-up and the limited restoration provided, I would not return.

Highly recommend using this dental service as I went in for a tooth removal and while there they found a old root left by a old dental practice (not good) so I agreed to have both taken out and they only charged me for the tooth removal!! Can't say anything bad about the people there, they made me feel comfortable which was amazing as we all hate going but it's got to be done. Thank you everyone at Winchester dental. Definitely will use again.

I needed urgent dental care over Christmas whilst staying with my family in Pembrokeshire, and contacted Winchester House on Boxing Day. They responded extremely quickly and offered me an emergency appointment the next morning (which was a weekend). I was seen promptly upon arrival, examined, and provided with treatment. Extremely grateful and would 100% recommend Winchester House if you ever find yourself in a similar position.

Over the weekend whilst on holiday our daughter had an accident where she damaged her front tooth. Local A+E were unable to provide any assistance therefore on Monday morning we contacted Winchester House Dental who kindly accommodated us by offering an appointment that morning. Ahmed Abouserwel our dentist made our daughter as comfortable as possible and gave her assurances that everything would be ok. Ahmed completed a detailed examination, took a x-Ray of the tooth in question and completed a temporary repair so our daughter could continue to enjoy her holiday. Ahmed advised us what we needed to do when we gone home in terms of the permanent repair. The practice itself is very modern clean and tidy with the reception staff being very welcoming. Following our appointment we then received a message asking us if our daughter was feeling any better which we thought was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend Winchester House Dental if you ever find yourself in a similar position or if you simply need dental work / advice. Thanks again Ahmed we owe you big time.
