She took the time to explain everything and made the whole appointment really comfortable. Kelly on reception was equally lovely, welcoming me with a smile and making the check-in and booking process effortless when it came to rescheduling my next appointment. She talked me through the pricing in a really clear and easy to understand way. Overall, a genuinely professional and caring team. Highly recommend!
