Outstanding experience in every way! The entire team was professional, friendly and genuinely concerned with my comfort throughout the procedure (root canal). Dr. Do kept me well informed throughout the procedure and asked me several times how I was doing. He genuinely wanted to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. Genesis (reception and front desk) was welcoming and professional! Cevie (dental assistant) was friendly and professional from start to finish. I received follow up messages both on the day of treatment and the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Do and his entire staff for treatment!

I had a great experience with Dr. Do for my root canal. From the first meeting, his straightforward approach and clear answers to my questions made me feel completely at ease. The office is beautifully decorated, and the calming music during the procedure made the environment feel as comfortable as a friend's home. I had to see Dr Do due to an emergency. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The care, compassion, and family like atmosphere makes you feel at ease and gives you confidence in the staff. Dr Do is very gentle and caring making sure you are okay the entire appointment. If you're nervous at the beginning of your appointment they will reassure you before they begin anything. And then like I said, during the entire appointment, he stops to make sure that you are doing okay before proceeding. He is the best in the business and his staff is top notch as well. I never imagined I’d need a root canal at 29, but unfortunately I did… and I’m so grateful I found Winchester Endodontics. When I arrived at the office in untold pain, Dr. Do promptly began the procedure and took the time to explain every single step. He’s personable, extremely knowledgeable, and is clearly dedicated to making his patients feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The relaxing classical music he plays during the procedure genuinely helped ease my stress. I also really appreciate that their rates feel fair for out-of-pocket patients, which made a difficult situation much easier. On top of the excellent care, the office itself is beautiful. Each exam room feels comforting and inviting, and the space is filled with charming, thoughtful details - a live fish tank beneath a glass table as you enter, lovely blown glass figurines, vibrant little plants along the window sills, and gorgeous stained-glass artwork in the windows. Hoping I never have to have a root canal again, but if I do… Dr. Do will be my first choice. I highly recommend Winchester Endodontics to anyone in need of endodontic care. Dr. Do and his team deliver exceptional service in a space that truly puts you at ease.

Dr.Do’s office was very calming and sensory friendly. He was very considerate and listened when I needed help with my medical conditions. He also referred me to an amazing dentist to help with other dental health. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly!! Will definitely be returning and recommending.

I was in a lot of pain with a tooth ache. I needed a root canal. I was given pain killer and scheduled the next day. This office was fast, efficient and well run. The staff is sharp and knowledgeable. Very professional. The Dentist took time to explain what was going on with my tooth and described the process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend this practice.

I visited Winchester Endodontics last year for a root canal that ended up being two teeth that needed treatment. Dr. Do came into the office on a Saturday when they were closed to do an emergency root canal on the 2nd tooth because of how much pain I was in. Without Dr. Do's skilled treatment I surely would be without these teeth today. He truly cares about his patients and wants to make sure the office environment is comfortable and as relaxing as possible, from the beautiful glass and plants to the soothing classical music playing. Additionally, he gave me his number to call in case I had anymore issues and texted a few days after treatment to make sure I was doing okay. The office staff and assistants are friendly and efficient, and made the entire process as easy as possible I would not hesitate to see Dr. Do again if needed.

I am so happy with the results of the 2 root canals Dr. Do did for me. He is quick and to the point in finding the true problem and getting to the bottom of it. I had never had a root canal done before and he made it a near stress-less experience by making sure that I couldn’t feel anything during the procedure (and he also plays calming music). Afterward all of the pain I was experiencing in my teeth completely disappeared. I would definitely come back to him for any major dental work! Front desk staff and dental assistants were also very nice.

Getting a root canal is never fun, but Dr. Do made the experience surprisingly smooth. A big thank you for fitting me in at the last minute! The office has a cool, relaxing vibe, and the staff was fantastic—friendly and professional. Definitely a 5+ star experience!
