Nice place but ask for help, is a little confusing how to navigate to get what you need. All the staff is very helpful. Nice attitude. This place has great people working there. I got help from multiple people at once helping me. Bought a couple of tiny sinks. The funny part is this place had sinks and home depot didnt. Easy purchase. Great prices and excellent customer service. Definitely coming back.. the picture of the sink i installed quick all in one sink for $130 can't beat that..

Their selection of BBQ bags, C-fold, and multi-ply tissues is generally reliable, and we appreciate the variety of options available. However, we recently needed the MF400K multi-ply tissue in white, but only the brown version was in stock. It would be great if they could improve stock availability for high-demand items like this to ensure consistency for businesses that rely on them. The store layout and sample board are helpful for choosing the right products, and the staff is usually responsive when we need assistance. If they can work on maintaining stock levels and restocking essentials more efficiently, it would make the shopping experience even better. Overall, Win Depot remains a solid choice for restaurant supplies, and we hope to see improvements in product availability in the future.

I bought an oven from Win Depot. It doesn't cook well. I took it back to Win Depot and they wouldn't let me. Such a big store won't refund the money for the oven.

As a restaurant owner and chef over 10 yrs, I will supet recommend any other chef or business owner purchase their equipment, dishware and cocktail syrup here. They carry production line was way more larger and variety than restaurant depot.

Mercedes is the best manager in Win Depot. She’s very helpful and she always serves Customer with the smile the way she treated her customer. It’s if she’s an owner she she deserves a really big fat bonus.

I had quite possibly the worst experience of my life. This individual, Angel, was shockingly aggressive and unbelievably rude. I genuinely have no idea how someone like that is even employed , it’s completely unacceptable.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! And EQUIPMENT THEY SELL is Piece of JUNK!! If I could give zero I would. Made an order with a sales person online. When came to pick it up waited for 1.5h just to find out they gave me a wrong machine. Waited another hour to get the right one. Was told there was a 7 day return policy. When brought it home and plugged it in. The machine did not work. The next day I tried to return it was told I needed to contact the manufacturer!! They sold me a broken machine!! And refuse to give me a refund! The worst experience ever!

Hillary was so patient and nice to us. She was very patient with us showed us many different options and worked with us on everything we needed. Found us the best options we wanted and explained the difference between each machine. Gave us the best deal. Not to mention she stayed way past her working hours just to help us get everything we wanted! Thank you so much Hillary and will definitely come back to you for all our needs! :)
