I called and spoke with Nicole about reupholstering a bench. Sent her pictures to her phone so she could see the work to be done. Texted again to confirm she got the pictures. No answer. Six days later, I called the business number and her cell. Both voicemails full. Texted again, I see she finally read my texts. Still no answer. What a terrible experience, I guess they don’t need new customers.

If you are in need of upholstery work but need help from someone with a keen eye toward design, look no further than Wilson’s. Nicole has an outstanding selection of fabrics from which to choose and she is excellent at helping to find a fabric to enhance your decor and that is perfect for your piece. She is a wonderful person to work with and the pricing is very fair and reasonable. My entire experience in selecting leather to reupholster a rocking chair seat was first class and she will be my go to for all my upholstery needs. If you are a DYIer, she even has bargain bins that are great deals. Before you buy new furniture, consider reupholstery!

Their customer service is the best! I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Wilson's. We love supporting locally owned businesses but on top of that their upholstery selection, craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

The people at this business were so friendly and helpful today, answering questions and offering suggestions. We bought a roll of upholstery material from one of their bargain barrels- 8 yards for only $24 for a DIY recover of our dining room chairs. I highly recommend Wilson’s.

I would like to rate the business a zero. I paid them over $323.00 for two pads of foam. We discussed in detail them cutting the foam out for cushions when they placed the order. I had the patterns with me and they told me to keep them until the foam arrived and to bring them back. They never mentioned paying extra for cutting the foam. When the foam came in they wanted over $130.00 to cut out the "square" cushions. I recommend getting anything they say in writing. I have given them over $1,500.00 in business. Never again.

Picked up my custom daybed cushion today and unfortunately did not experience a friendly welcome into the store or even a thank you for your business goodbye. I spent over $1,000 for a custom 6x6 cushion, but was not told there would be random seams on both sides. Due to the seams I was not aware would be there I can’t flip the cushion throughout using it and now have to find enough pillows to hide the seams. My first visit was pleasant but as my experience went on there was more and more lack of communication and delays in the pickup date. All I wanted was for someone to have told me before purchasing the fabric or before they even made the cushion to say hey there are going to be seams across the cushion due to the fabric not being wide enough and I would have been able to weigh my options and see if there was another way to down size our daybed or find a fabric that is wide enough. Now I’m stuck with a cushion I’m not happy with and a bad taste in my mouth from a company I feel like ripped me off.

I love this store! I’ve been able to find the perfect fabric for my indoor and outdoor seating. They are so helpful with suggestions and getting the right fit. Couldn’t be happier with furniture they’ve recovered and my new outdoor cushions are perfect! Thank you Wilson’s for everything!
