I called and spoke with Nicole about reupholstering a bench. Sent her pictures to her phone so she could see the work to be done. Texted again to confirm she got the pictures. No answer.
Six days later, I called the business number and her cell. Both voicemails full. Texted again, I see she finally read my texts. Still no answer.
What a terrible experience, I guess they don’t need new customers.
