Amazing dental office! My hygienist was Val and she is incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and I’ve experienced no pain during my cleanings with her. I highly recommend Willow West Dental. They’ve got such a wonderful and caring team!

My whole family loves Dr Fernandes. When my son was little he would say she was his best friend. She is great with kids and parents alike. Recently, my daughter needed myofunctional therapy and Shiva was amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

My dentist, Dr. Raynah did a great job diagnosing correctly the actual reason for the sensitivity I was suffering from, for the past 4 months. Really disappointed with Willow West Dental. I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. I have previously written 5 star reviews for them but the staff that earned the 5 star reviews have all left. I called for an explanation of my billing and I was not pleased with the response I was given. Craig called me back but we could not reach a satisfactory solution.

I have been going to this dental office for years they're generally ok the front desk isn't very friendly at times though recently I did get my wisdom teeth out. I was given local anesthesia to numb the area before the dentist pulled them out. The anesthesia did not seem to take effect as I felt so much pain when the dentist pulled them out. I ended telling them i was in so much pain so they gave me a bit more local but it still had barely any effect. I believe they did not wait long enough for the anesthesia to take effect bcuz i was there for a total of 20 mins it was very fast but I have never had such a painful experience. I think they could have done a better job at making sure the patient was doing ok. I also feel at times they dont really put much effort into making sure patients needs are taken care of. I was told after a checkup that i need a night guard as i grind my teeth and have some attrition present on my teeth yet they never mailed the claim to insurance even after I emailed and spoke to them many times. They kind of brushed me off which is frustrating. I have switched offices for these reasons.
