Working with Willow has transformed my fitness journey. As someone who was new to working out with a PT, I was initially skeptical, but Willow makes every session enjoyable and engaging. Willow's extensive knowledge in fitness and nutrition ensure that my workouts are aligned with my personal goals. What I appreciate the most is her ability to adjust the workouts based on how I’m feeling that day. She truly cares about my progress, and I've seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance especially when I'm at work. Connecting with Willow has been a game changer. I was hesitant to work with a PT again, but Willow's style of coaching has been exactly what I was searching for. She is incredibly knowledgeable in many areas of exercise & nutrition, taking into account your individual needs from cycle time, personal history, and current life stage. As well as being a genuine down to earth, kind human, she also absolutely kicks my butt and encourages me to feel like a strong and empowered women. 10/10 would reconmend. :-)

Willow is the trainer you & your body deserve! She’s empathetic, supportive, safe and incredibly knowledgeable but will also call you out (respectfully, of course!) when you need it, and encourage you to push yourself in the loving way that only Willow can. I’ve never felt so supported and excited to be in a gym environment as during my time with Willow by my side- she’s a truly holistic PT.

Willow is more than just a personal trainer. She takes on a holistic approach that hones in on individually unique needs, such as adjusting training to your monthly cycle or working with fluctuating mental capacities. She provides nutritional advice and fully understands the body’s metabolism, suggesting plenty of options to support optimal health, nutrition and muscle growth. Her patience is unwavering, her support is everlasting and her love for assisting others is genuine. She is truly an authentic gem who is determined to make positive change in each individual she meets.

Willow has been a breath of fresh air, my goodness I’m grateful for her. She got me moving again, but in a gentle way so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed and bail (like has happend with other PT’s). What has stunned me the most is how much I love weights! She teaches me what I need to know so I can train by myself - Willow is a gem, truly holistic and personal centred. I can’t rave about her enough.

Training with Willow has been an absolute game-changer. I’ve been on and off with exercise for years, but for the past year and a half, I’ve actually stuck with it—and loved it. Thanks to Willow. Her sessions are the perfect mix of fun and tough, and she somehow always knows how to push me without it ever feeling like a drag. I feel stronger, more confident, and honestly proud that this is just something I do now. Willow’s energy, knowledge, and support are next level. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Willow really knows her stuff. As a peri-menopausal woman, I started training with her because there’s no-one more qualified, experienced and passionate about helping me be the healthiest version of myself now, and into the next phases of life. She inspires me, encourages me and holds a safe and grounded space for our work together. 10/10.
