Edit in response: Yes, I was promised a same day estimate. Ben said they won’t draw a design, just count the cabinets needed and give me a ballpark quote, so I can decide if I want to move forward. There was no miscommunication, he was clear about this. All 100% true. Maybe he was hoping that I’d forget, maybe the job was too small, maybe he was upset when I jokingly asked him to not rip me off because of the $150k car in the driveway. I’m not sure.
My advice to the company is set your priorities straight, treat all customers like gold. Good times don’t last forever! Congratulations on the art of making a square box. I won’t be removing this review under any circumstance. Especially since I was never offered even a callback to improve the customer experience. That’s what any decent, reputable business does.
