We purchased a full set of the Huntington teak patio furniture from Willow Creek and couldn't be happier! We are in FL and bought it all sight unseen, based on photos and customer reviews. We were a little nervous to be honest as it was a big purchase, but we felt the pricing was very reasonable and we liked the look online so we pulled the trigger. Tim, our customer service contact person, was top notch from start to finish. When the furniture arrived, we were not only relieved but blown away in how beautiful it was in person! There was some minor damage that occurred to a couple pieces during shipping, which was surprising as everything was so well packaged and protected. Tim was quick to remedy and sent us replacements immediately! If you are in the market for teak patio furniture, don't hesitate to purchase from Willow Creek!

We searched online for months to find the right teak sectional for our backyard and ended up choosing Willow Creek Designs because they had the best combination of the product design (they had great photos on their website and designs we liked), cushion fabric selection (they offered Sunbrella fabrics that matched the fabric selection of other Sunbrella Cushions we ordered elsewhere), high quality construction (there were no exposed screws or self-assembly) and value (they were priced in line with lower-quality-self-assemble furniture). From the time of our order, delivery was about 5 weeks later (with custom fabric cushions). We are in SoCal, somewhat local to Willow Creek Designs, so they delivered them personally and helped us set them up. Erin brought them in his truck. Everything was assembled and you could see the quality immediately. We have other grade A teak and this stuff matched perfectly. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. There prices, quality and service are top notch. We are very happy with our choice in Willow Creek Designs and think you will be too!

The design and quality of this furniture exceeds sets costing 3X as much! I know because the set I wanted was from Restoration Hardware, and after searching for months for a less expensive alternative I was ready to place the order. Fortunately, I discovered Willow Creek just in time! Their designs are unique and definitely compete on the same level as RH, but the pricing is actually reasonable and they include sunbrella fabric without an upcharge. From the first time I called for some information and owner Erin picked up the phone, I knew I'd found the right company. The customer service has been truly remarkable, and we couldn't be happier with the furniture - both quality and aesthetic. Everyone who sees it can't get over how nice it is. Erin has given us great tips and advice on the furniture as well as things they don't even sell, like umbrellas. He and Nikol both have made an effort to be accessible and accommodating in a way that's rare nowadays. This is a long review, but for me this was a huge purchase and I struggled to find something I liked with a reasonable price tag, so if I can make it easier for someone else I'm happy to do it. My advice, choose these guys. You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely LOVE our patio furniture! It's the best quality, and I know will last us for years and years to come. You can't beat a beautiful teak dining set with matching barstools!

During the incredibly difficult period of summer into fall during the covid pandemic of 2020, we attempted to order outdoor furniture from other companies. But we were unable to find or complete a transaction with any other companies. My wife found Willow Creek Designs and they were able to deliver on a beautiful outdoor set. We ordered our 7 piece Huntington Teak set on November 30, 2020 and received it on December 31, 2020. The set came as advertised and was even more impressive than in pictures. Receiving any type of larger purchase was no small task during the winter covid period. But Willow Creek Designs was able to make it happen. It wasn't without a few bumps however. None of which were the fault of Willow Creek. The problem lied with the New Jersey shipping company who apparently didn't have a truck tall enough to load the furniture as it was packed on the pallet. Erin and his staff followed through on every one of the email and telephone conversations we had to resolve the problem quickly. While dealing with the trucking company was extremely frustrating, Erin and his staff followed through and did what they had to do to get my furniture delivered to me. Erin even reimbursed me for a portion of the total purchase for the inconveniences caused by the shipping process. The furniture came extremely well packed. Set aside a good half day when unpacking the set from the pallet. Not a complaint at all but instead a compliment. My $4,000 dollar plus set arrived without a single scratch, ding or dent. It looked as though it arrived from a local facility instead of having been shipped cross country. I highly recommend Willow Creek Designs and will not hesitate at all to do business again in the future.

Erin and his team at Willow Creek Designs where great, from the initial visit to their small, but purposeful showroom and tour of the facility, to the ordering, delivery and customer service along the way. We were extremely happy with the quality of the nine piece patio furniture set we purchased, and found their price/quality was the best value by far to their competitors. We had to wait for one of the pieces, and Erin was able to provide us with a loaner until the actual piece came in, keeping us up to date along the way.
