I was really happy to find Steve. After purchasing a second hand stereo system, I naturally went to the well known - - - - squad to have it installed and integrated with my smart T V. They couldn’t get it right. I called Steve after some research, and he made the trip out within a couple days to the suburbs to correct the problems with the system operating optimally. I can't be more pleased with Williams Home Theater Design and Installation! I got a quote from someone else, and after Steve's guidance, the amount I paid was a fraction of the cost for the same result. Here's the reason Steve is awesome - he recommends product, but he doesn't sell product. He's not trying to pad the bottom line with your project. Steve used some of the AV equipment I already own, and the new product he recommended was perfect. All I had to do is click on links and buy items that were needed. End result - I love my new AV setup, and I have more money in my bank account. I give Steve the absolute highest recommendation. He's honest, on time, and a pleasure to deal with. His work is outstanding!!

Steve was amazing. The work was flawless and both our home theater and outside patio area is spot on for sound. So the work was awesome. On top of that, Steve was extremely professional, priced very competitively and punctual. Steve from Williams Home Theater Design and Installation mounted and wired a TV above a stone fireplace for me. Steve is a true professional, and helped me through the process from start to finish. Steve goes above and beyond for his customers. Prior to even setting an appointment, Steve answered a barrage of questions from me and helped me find the perfect mount for the TV. He gave me honest feedback and great recommendations. I was able to pick a mount, set the appointment, and have Steve install it all within the span of 4 days. Steve came on time, made sure all of my belongings were carefully set aside for the install, completed the install flawlessly, and even helped me tidy up after he was done. I've had two great experiences with Steve from Williams Home Theater. The first time, we hired him to install a flat screen on the wall, which he did in record time! He also helped set up the SMART TV features along with a few other tech things. The price was also great! The second time, we hired him to install a Samsung curve onto a universal TV mount. My husband tried to install but the screws were not working. I told Steve our problem and he said if he could not mount it, he would not charge us. He brought along a large case of screws and did some research online to problem solve what was going on. Sure enough, Steve found the solution and was able to mount and program our TV in under 30 minutes!!! We will always use Steve for our TV installation needs!

Highly recommend Steve Williams Home Theater. Steve completed a living room A/V upgrade for us in Nov-22; the results actually exceeded my high expectations, and Steve was exceptional during every step of the process. He's honest, highly skilled, persistent and very patient. Clear communication including detailed estimate (free) and emails. His prices are refreshingly reasonable, among the best I found and certainly the best value. He doesn't sell any products (huge advantage!) yet provides practical, customized product recommendations (like a personal shopper); no conflicts of interest, no upsell, any budget low to high, only useful advice. And I had several design ideas and product questions outside his initial recommendations; he conducted independent research so we could have constructive conversations and make the right decisions for me. Steve installed an all in-ceiling 5.1.2 sound system with a few AV components in my 100+yr old house. He encountered surprises in the ceiling with thick, old building materials and uneven planes. He explained but never complained, found solutions for every obstacle and worked harder and longer than estimated to get the job done right. The system looks and sounds seamless, an actual home theater built into my family room! I discussed this project with consultants at Abt, Best Buy, Crutchfield, Davis A/V...Steve was the best and will be my only call when it's time to upgrade the basement setup.

Williams Home Theater and Design recently mounted two TVs at my house, and the entire experience was terrific. Steve arrived on time, made sure I knew exactly what was happening, and was open to all my questions. The work was excellent and efficient, and the TVs look great on our wall.
