Willettes 24 Hour Towing Service

Willette's was fast, professional and courteous! They came and got us when we were broke down near Cle Elum,when no one else would. I felt the tow price was reasonable and would highly recommend this company. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks for rescuing us!!!!

Even if no one looks forward to car problems, I can say my towing experience with Willetts was very good. Time to wait was only 10 minutes. Our driver was courteous and smiled genuinely. He knew his trade and took extra care not to damage my Audi S8 which sits close to the ground. Fearing the car would not clear the flatbed angle, he called his dad who minutes later brought some 2x4 pieces that helped raise the front of car as it rolled up flatbed. Driver was clean and kept his truck A/C running for us. A few days later I realized the little bumper cover piece was missing from where the Audi tow hook was screwed in. I called them and they paid to ship my small part to my house. A great roadside experience - thanks Willett and driver.

After taking a major spike in one of our tires in the mountains north of Cle Elem we limped to Willettes on the spare for a repair. They were able to fix it super quickly and got us on our way with no issues. Great People, Great Service, Great prices. Thanks so much guys! Especially Travis!

My vehicle was towed to this facility after it was involved in a car accident (I was not driving) and when I called to ask about retrieving my things they told me I would have to pay them 300 dollars (illigal in Washington state you can get your belongings free in first 20 days. Excluding anything bolted, wired, or screwed to the car)and if I came after work or on the weekend an additional 150 (this fee i understand) I would never use this facility for anything if thats how they handle business, seemed very sketchy and to rob the poor is terrible. That facility was 100 miles from where I live. It was a insurance issue so when they moved the vehicle I got my stuff free of charge.

Helpful bunch of guys when we got a nail in our tire. Called ahead -- Came right out and got to work.

Very very goddamm trustworthy, arrived fast, r friendly, r honest, r firm handshake, they hurt my hand, took great care of my truck, fair price. So many great characteristics that I look for in a tow company. For example. They enjoy long walks on the beach, warm socks, warm pavement, candlelit dinners, puppies, helping people with puppies, & car bending. They're disciplined. They won't sock you in the face for no good reason, they all rock beards and god willing by next week so will I. Thanks so much for all you help! Rock on! 🤝

We went for an off-road drive near Cle Elum, and our Jeep got stuck in the deep melting snow late afternoon. The day was getting dark so we called 911 for rescue. Matt took on the job and spent hours locating where we were in the mountains, pulling our car out of the snow, and leading us to get back onto the regular roads. By the time we got to a safe place, it was already at late night. Despite that the whole process took about 5.5 hours, Matt only charged us for 3-hour service. I am so thankful for Matt's kindness and professionalism. If it were not him, we will be totally screwed that day.

600 dollars to tow a subaru 4.4 miles from the brick saloon to your to yard is insane. Then you charge me 20 more dollars to use my debit card to pay your ridiculous tow charge. By far the biggest scam I've had to deal with.

STAY away from this company. They tow you try to repossess your equipment and charge storage quickly so they can keep your equipment and sell it at auction. They make money by ripping off people. State patrol shouldn't use them for any on call accidents. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to choose one in order to post.
