My overall experience with Willamette Valley Patio Covers has been positive, beginning with the first call, connecting with Claire. Claire answered all of my initial questions, confirming she was knowledgeable on the business and products. She scheduled a consultation visit within a weeks time, when then met Chris. Chris welcomed to hear my patio cover ideas, followed up with his experience and advice to meet my needs. We finalized the details and scheduled the installation. On installation day, Chris and his experienced team arrived early, got to work and completed the install by mid afternoon. The entire team was friendly, polite and showed attention to detail.
