I had a desktop crash on a Wednesday...then my laptop on Friday. Over 25 years of working from home and this was my first computer crash. I emailed WSS late Friday afternoon, they got right back to me and were at my house early the next morning, on a Saturday. 8 hours later I had a new laptop up and running, and a newly installed hard drive on my desktop. This timeframe included backing up hundreds of thousands of files on to new SS hard drives they helped me with. Fabio even came back on Sunday to make sure all was compatible across both computers and hard drives. With my business, every day is costly, and Fabio knew it.
