Made our first purchase from Wild Side North recently. Products were priced well and we received them in a reasonable amount of time. But…that’s not why they’re getting a 5 star review. We had an issue with one of the items we bought from them. It wasn’t their fault as the item was pre-packaged from the manufacturer. I reached out to them via FB Messenger to let them know about the issue. Not even 5 minutes later my phone was ringing and it was them troubleshooting the issue then offering to send a replacement item. Every business will have its issues, but how they handle them is what sets a great business apart. We will definitely be using you in the future.
