I called Wildlife Patrol after a close encounter with a copperhead wedged between stone steps in my back yard. Chuck arrived well within the hour and safely removed an adult copperhead. He noted that he could seal the spaces between the stone steps to prevent the possibility of stepping over a snake. He returned just a few days later with an assistant to do just that, guaranteeing his work by saying that, if we found another snake in the steps, he would come back to remove it, free of charge. It's been two weeks now, and we haven't seen any more of the slithery beasts in or around the area. Thanks, Chuck!

I would not recommend this wildlife control company. Their response time was slow, communication was poor, and the service felt rushed and unprofessional. They charged a high price but didn’t fully solve the problem, leaving me to call another company afterward. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-through and care.
