We called Wildlife Control of West Hartford because of a weasel going in and out of our basement. Shane came out and checked our basement thoroughly and found the entry point and sealed it completely. In addition he left traps with clear instructions and told us to call him in case the weasel got back in. When we hadn’t called him, he checked in with us a couple of days later and we told him the traps were empty and that we had seen no evidence of the weasel at all. He came and picked up the traps. Almost as amazing is that having had pest control companies on contract visiting our house 3 or 4 times a year for 20+ years to control the endless mice in our basement, after Shane checked our basement and sealed that window, we have not seen a single mouse for 9 months!!!! Shane is the person to call if you have a pest or wildlife problem.

Shane and his team were very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They did a great job patching up the holes in our soffits to keep away the squirrels, set effective traps, and responded right away when we needed them. We haven't seen a squirrel since. Highly recommend!
