I want to give a big thank you to Brian and Ali for the excellent work they did fixing the Albany roll-up dock door at the company I work for. The door was badly stuck open and very difficult to deal with, especially in extremely cold weather. Despite the conditions, they took their time, stayed patient, and managed to fix the issue properly. Their professionalism, effort, and dedication really stood out. Great service and great teamwork.

I had the pleasure of working with WILCOX DOOR SERVICE recently, and I am thrilled with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I reached out to them, I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best experience possible. I appreciated their attention to detail and the seamless process from start to finish.

Steve got the call for emergency door service. Equipment movers back truck into our large ovethead door. smashing it. Steve came at 3am and a superb repair job. Super professional and a true expert in overhead doors.

Dock Door Seals installed on time, on budget. Wilcox did all the paperwork for the Enbridge Gas promotion.

Don’t ever use this company. I called them for emergency garage repair one night and clearly told them I was a residential garage. I also explained to them that this is a true emergency because I am in a wheelchair and the only way out for me is through my garage. The woman who answered the phone told me there would be a two hour minimum charge at $250, I thought that was reasonable enough so I said yes please come. four hours later. I still heard nothing from them so I called back and the repair guys called and said that he would charge a four hour minimum so it would be $1200 just to come out to my house . Absolutely appalling. I had to get people neighbours to carry me in and out of my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone in fact, I would deter anyone from using them.

Be sure to get a quote before authorizing job. Crazy high pricing for simple material like “steel cable” & “grease kits” that we were NOT made aware of. 3 hours for first call to show up, PLUS fuel service. Most reasonable trades charge 3 hrs for first call then reduce it if they get the go ahead on the job. Not with Wilcox. Job was done well, took a few days longer than we were told initially.

A big shout of thanks to Wicox for their prompt response to our emergency repair request. The service technicians showed up on site within an hour of my request and had the fire shutter back into operation so that my scheduled concrete pour could be completed without incurring extra costs.

Merging in from the highway - This old man refused to let me in as the merging lane ended and tried to purposefully run me off the road. Not sure if it’s because I drive a Tesla. It’s all recorded incase the owner wants to reach out before I file a police report. Very aggressive and purposefully tried to cause an accident.

In the last 12 months I have called Wilcox Door Service multiple times for my condominium's' Overhead Door. Damage at site has always been due to large delivery or garbage trucks. Whenever I need them, whether it be for emergency or repair work they are always professional and leave the site in better condition then when they arrive. Between the office and onsite crews, everyone is very helpful and know exactly what they are talking about.

Wilcox has just completed our annual drop test for the roll-up fire door. Great work, top professionalism, competency and efficiency. Example how the work is supposed to be done. Thank you!
