I’m so impressed with the amazing job Wilcote Cape Town did on my flat roof! They used an epoxy coat system which works as both waterproofing and flooring. The best part? No need for any extra flooring afterwards it’s strong, seamless, and looks fantastic. They recently did this on my office block in Cape Town, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Marco of Wilcote Cape Town did a good job of resurfacing the stoop at my (very old) house in Observatory. Years of stoop paint were sanded down to the original, cracks fixed and new waterproof paint layer applied. A clean and neat job. I'm only not giving five stars because there were a few hiccups with arrival times and the like which were created a some inconveniences, but I can't fault the final product.
