very disappointed in the services from Chem Dry. I scheduled them to clean steps and a landing. The issues started right when the guy walked in the price on the website is wrong, how convenient. The second this was no 'chem-dry' it was ton of water with a car polishing tool and barely removed anything. The carpet stayed wet for 24 hours - I actually was able to use my carpet cleaning machine and removed buckets of water. I called the number and received no help, then called corporate and received the canned response 'Chem-Dry are all independently owned and operated' - I asked if they stand behind their product or would send out a another company to evaluate - answer was a 'NO'
Whats the expression - live and learn. Yep made that mistake with this company and will NEVER use anyone with the name Chem-Dry in the title. AVOID AOID AVOID - ITS A SCAM

Very professional and will be using this company permanently for our carpet cleaning. I called on a Friday due to an emergency and the owner was able to accommodate me last minute. He did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new again. I had a couple tough stains to get out of the carpet and Wilce was able to get them out. I’m truly satisfied with the service he’s provided me.
