Wilce's Chem-Dry

Very professional and will be using this company permanently for our carpet cleaning. I called on a Friday due to an emergency and the owner was able to accommodate me last minute. He did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new again. I had a couple tough stains to get out of the carpet and Wilce was able to get them out. I’m truly satisfied with the service he’s provided me.

very disappointed in the services from Chem Dry. I scheduled them to clean steps and a landing. The issues started right when the guy walked in the price on the website is wrong, how convenient. The second this was no 'chem-dry' it was ton of water with a car polishing tool and barely removed anything. The carpet stayed wet for 24 hours - I actually was able to use my carpet cleaning machine and removed buckets of water. I called the number and received no help, then called corporate and received the canned response 'Chem-Dry are all independently owned and operated' - I asked if they stand behind their product or would send out a another company to evaluate - answer was a 'NO' Whats the expression - live and learn. Yep made that mistake with this company and will NEVER use anyone with the name Chem-Dry in the title. AVOID AOID AVOID - ITS A SCAM Pictures is worth a thousand words - I guess a video is worth a million I stand by my review - avoid this scam company

I highly recommend Wilce he was very accommodating w scheduling an appointment showed up 10 min early and did an AMAZING job on a 12 yr old sectional that had dogs & kids putting a beating on it!! Looked like a new piece of furniture after 2 hours of his hard work!!

Great service Willie. Arrived on time and asked detailed questions prior to cleaning. Removed stains and was careful with furniture and floors. Will use again for wood floors. Thank you!

4/29/24 - Today was the first time using Wilces Chem dry to shampoo my carpets and I am very pleased with the service. Willy arrived 15 min early and did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpets. I was so pleased that I requested he put me on his schedule to clean my carpets yearly. Willy was very professional and personable. I highly recommend this company! 😀

Willie and his partner came on time were friendly. They removed many of stains on my carpet so far all looks great I would definitely recommend them for all your carpet cleaning. I will absolutely use them again when needed! GREAT JOB DONE THANKS WILLIE

The gentlemen from Wilco’s were great! They showed up on time and worked quickly and quietly. Both were polite and courteous and left all the furniture they needed to move exactly as they found it! Not to mention, the couch looks great; would definitely recommend!

I Highly recommend Wilce's Chem-Dry Company. This is my 2nd time I use them on a rental unit and I was not disappointed. I received a professional service with superb end result not just on the 9 years old carpet that looks great and refreshed but also they did an outstanding job on my 2 bathrooms' ceramic tiles and kitchen vinyl tiles too.
