I booked this company for my first-ever car detail and was so disappointed.
The first visit, key areas were completely missed—candy left in the cupholder, vents not wiped, the gear shift wasn’t cleaned, seats and floors still not fully cleaned or vacuumed and the middle console still had sticky residue. (Pictures are after first “complete detail). They came out a second time to fix the issues and still didn’t complete what was promised. Instead, I was made to feel bad because my car was supposedly “dirtier” than others… but isn’t that the whole point of paying for a detail?!!
I paid extra for seat cleaning, yet they’re still very dirty. I also paid $10 extra for the “long-lasting fragrance,” which didn’t last a day. Later I found the same product on Amazon for $10 a bottle with reviews saying it doesn’t last. On top of that, trash from my car was tossed onto my driveway—including nails—completely careless and unsafe.
After I pointed out the missed spots, they refunded me $125. While I appreciate that, two visits and a partial refund shouldn’t be the outcome of a full detail service. Overall, the experience fell far short of what a $345 professional detail should be.
