White Glove Towing Service Greenwood Tow Truck First And Fastest

Long story short, on our way to Kentucky Saturday morning, we broke down southwest of Indy during the little snow storm. We called White Glove Towing, they got there within 30-40 minutes. Mike was very personable during our ride in the tow truck back to Greenwood to get a rental car. Enjoyed the conversation. We ended up calling White Glove again on Monday to see if they would tow our truck back to Elkhart, IN sometime that week and asked if Mike could do it for us. He towed it back the same day to our mechanic. I would recommend White Glove for anyone in that area and asked for Mike!!!

I had THE best service today. Usually when you call a tow it's already a bad situation to start. From the start the guy who took my info was polite and gave me the quote and eta time. I had the pleasure of having Jake come out to tow my daughters car for us from a scrappy auto repair place to another. However come to find out the new place couldn't help. At this time I am in a panic. Jake cracked some jokes got me back in good spirits under the circumstances. I asked if he could now tow it back to my home until we could figure out next steps. He said yes no problem at especially since it wasn't far from our current location. I must say this afternoon was much brighter for me because of the energy and spirit Jake has. He is the guy you want to come help make a crazy situation just a little better when he really didn't have to. I always say God knows who to send and when. And this young man is an angel. Thank you again Jake you were the best. I will now be telling anyone who ask for tow services to call White Glove towing, ask for Jake but I am sure all the staff is amazing, since was smooth from start to finish. #Blessings E Ray

Had one of the best interactions with these men. They were not only the cheapest/most fairly priced out of 5 places locally, they had the quickest arrival out of any experience I've had with any other towing company. They did great picking up my vehicle and delivering it to the destination. Michael C. was very respectful and polite with any questions I had! All around fantastic service! Will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone for towing needs.

Haven't had to use White Glove for awhile but they are who I will call when I need a tow. The last time, I called at 530AM when transmission went out. Shad answered my call while still in bed and was up and there helping me out in no time at all. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also helped me after the fact to help get the tow bill covered by insurance.

This was my second time using white glove. Phenomenal. Both time i for my hvac service truck stuck in a customer's driveway out in the county. Call at night went home and the truck was in my driveway when I woke up. We tried getting it out with 2 dually pick ups. Idk how they do it. Unbelievable job fair price. Great customer service

I really appreciate this business. I started out with a different company that my insurance arranged for me, and I waited 2.5 hrs for that place to never answer the phone or show up. After cancelling that service, my insurance arranged this towing company for me. Jake was very professional and he showed up on time with good communication. He called before he got there, and treated me and my vehicle with respect. I drive a GT2 Stinger. They used a flatbed and Jake got it where I needed it to go with no issues. I would definitely use them again. Jake explained a better way to go about using insurance and towing that will make the whole process a lot smoother in the future. I'm sure I'll need it. Indiana roads eats my tires on a seasonal basis.

Called them in mid morning to tow our semi off 65 south. White glove towing came when I needed them and towed our truck 172 miles home only charging a day rate and not after hour rates thank you for your service and patience.

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Shadd for being one of the best! He went out of his way to communicate with my immigrant father, who doesn’t speak English very well. Shadd was patient, thorough, and quick with his work, reassuring us that everything was taken care of. He has helped us twice already, and he’s our number-one go-to whenever our car gets into a wreck (which, unfortunately, happens often). Thank you, Shadd, for your amazing and speedy service!
