Whispering Oaks Apartments

Whispering Oaks is the perfect place for someone looking to live comfortably (especially with a family). The apartment is brand new and very modern. The bedrooms are spacious, and all the fixtures and fittings are new. The closets and showers are amazing! The apartment's courtyard is very large. The garbage disposal area is quite standard, not to mention the variety of parking spaces for a single resident. I just moved in less than a month ago, but I am completely satisfied. The receptionists at the office are very kind and respectful. They process applications as quickly as possible. If there is any inconvenience, however small, they are always ready to come and resolve it. I thank God for helping me find such a beautiful place at a very affordable price to live with my family.

The experience has been positive, I applied online for my mom and went to the office to check the application. The ladies in the office was helpful and made us feel comfortable through the process even though there were at least 20 other people asking questions all at the same time. The one always has a smile even though we can tell it’s stressful. I’ve gone back a few times checking and my mom is finally going to be moving in. The only thing I can say about the negative comments is that the women in the office this past week have been very patient and the negative comments are unwarranted. God bless everyone and hope people will appreciate the beautiful apartments. My mom will and we appreciate the staff for helping as much as they did.

Terrible and Horrible Customer Service. The workers in the office will NOT Greet you and stare at you. The office hours are 9-5:30pm. And I arrived an hour early and tried to enter the leasing office and everyone inside (including 6 workers) all looked at me like I didn’t belong there. They all continued to chill and continue doing what they were doing. No one greeted me they all ignored me. I didn’t see not 1 smile. The staff there is not friendly or generous whatsoever. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before I happened to ask someone who was leaving out the office were the closed and she said yes. There was no signs on the door or no explanation to why. I waited some more and when she came back I asked Will the be closing early tomorrow again and she informed that she couldn’t tell me whether or not. So whoever comes to apply just be advised you will most likely be ignored.

I guess this is the only way to get through somebody. So , I’ve been calling this apartment complex for the past three days at different times throughout the day and have not been able to reach anyone. About a week ago, I came in regarding an apartment but decided not to move forward. A staff member signed my money order but Before leaving, I asked what I was supposed to do with itand I was told to try to get my money back at Walmart . I still have the money order and really need it properly endorsed so I can cash or refund it but I have not received any call backs . I understand the apartments are very new and you guys are obviously busy but The lack of communication has been very frustrating.

I have tried emailing and calling multiple times. First email communication was in mid January and they were responding fairly quickly but then radio silence when I tried asking some questions, tried calling today and someone answered then hung up right away without saying anything… I would really like to speak with someone to go over some questions I have…

This place seems to be in the money grabbing stage, I did my application weeks ago and up to this point I am unable to get any feedback about the my application. When you visit the office to get information no one acknowledges your presence because they are busy collect other peoples money and no one knows what's going on with their application. If you call there is no answer and if you visit the office no one attends to you. At what point will the money collecting stage ends and people actually get access to the apartments that they are paying money to apply for.

I'm so glad Nellie and Obsessed Look made the exact observations I did money grubbing is an understatement Nellie, .The unprofessionalism is beyond reproach , I have been in Pine Hills since 1983, I don't appreciate any entity coming into Pine Hills it's already underserved, and the (3) people in their think it's okay to undermine, talk down to, make the rules as you go along! assume tenants lack intelligence Don't uphold the business hours, OMG that's too much like right. No work ethic whatsoever ! A whole hot mess. Taking people money, no lease, no keys; My daughter and I applied on January 2nd, there was no one else doing an application, no tenants had moved in. My Money orders cleared on January 16th , I was approved on January 30th, I was supposed to sign my lease shortly thereafter, changed my date to sign the lease to February 4th without my consent! Then , while I was in Critical Care from February 5th -11th they changed it to February 9th without my consent. The emptiest apartment complex in the TriCounty Area, I don't understand. Then to add further insult to injury the Regional Manager, let's say it together boys and girls of Pine Hills R-E-G-I-O-N-A-L M-A-N-A-G-E-R, tells me since my minor granddaughter is going to reside with me, I have to get court ordered documentation for her to live at Whispering Oaks!! LIES !!Family Law 101 , she is a a ( NON-CUSTODIAL MINOR !!the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court is not going to grant me custody on the sole purposes of establishing residency, then the Regional Manager tells me she doesn't know what documentation I need , so if that's the case why is it required!! Because it isn't true,! I had to stop an organization from assisting me and submitting a check because they are so shady!! One thing is for certain and 2 Things For Sure!! God Sees All And Is Not Pleased,!! you don't take advantage of people, roll your eyes, talk down to them just because you can.!! SMH.
