WESTWOOD SEPTIC SERVICE

I found myself in a tough spot on a Friday night after coming home from dinner with my wife. The showers started backing up, and by Saturday morning I knew I had a septic issue on my hands. At 6:30 AM, Kalley from Westwood answered my call, and within a few hours Brad arrived at my home with the vacuum truck to save the day. Brad didn’t shy away from the hard work. The last inspection had noted the cover was about 8 inches deep, but in reality it was a 24-inch, 300-pound lid buried under calcified rock. He patiently chiseled through and got it opened. While working, he explained best practices for septic maintenance, pointed out options like risers for easier future access, and even steered me away from wasting money on unnecessary chemicals. What stood out was the personal touch. Brad worked as if he were helping an old friend. By Monday, he was back to finish the job with the new lids installed, leaving everything in great shape. Both Brad and Kalley gave me the sense of dealing with people I’ve known for years, not just a service provider. If you’re ever in a pinch, or even if you’re not and just need your septic serviced for maintenance, I recommend them 101%.
