🛑❌HORRIFYING RESULTS! ❌ If you want to look great, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! And please read other reviews. Somehow neutral or negative reviews tend to be pushed on the bottom of the feedback thread. 1. Not all lashes were tinted. Outer corner of the right eye was skipped. 2. Not all lashes were lifted. Some were skipped.The ones that were lifted, are looking terrible because the lift was done only up and not around the eye following the natural lashes direction. All lashes looking in one direction straight up, even the ones that are in the corners of the eyes. Some lashes weren’t curled at all. 3. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure, except for smelling strong odor of sulfur. But now the inner corners of my eyes start itching and it’s been over an hour since the job was done. We will see. 4. Place is very clean with nice ambiance, but that’s the only positive point that I can make unfortunately.

I LOVE Westport Lash! Have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed! I get so many compliments on my lashes , and I find the process of getting them done so relaxing - almost like meditation! Everyone there is amazing and of course Betty is always a positive force!! 😃

Excellent service! First time getting extensions and the lovely staff answered all of my questions with such care and patience. Loved it and highly recommend!

The lash quality and glue are exceptional, the application was not. The lashes were clumped and glued on top of each other and technician spent very little time. Prices are gouging and unjustified. Do not recommend.

Beautiful place! They provide really amazing service with options to get a massage while you’re getting your lashes done! The owner and staff are easy to talk to and they understand what you prefer while adding their own flair to the design. Reasonable prices with membership options is worth buying!

Literally the best experience ever! I normally go to Boston or New York for my lashes but has such an enjoyable experience. The owner is so patient, experienced and fast. Such cute environment and chill vibe. Will definitely come back for my maintenance and 110% recommend! 🥹

I had a wonderful experience! I wasn’t sure what I initially wanted but Iris and Queenie were so helpful during my consultation and helped me create the perfect look. The place was very clean with calming music playing throughout my appointment. I was blown away by the results and excited to come back!
