Westown Dental

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my first visit to Westown Dental. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable environment. The front desk staff, Angel and Claudia, were professional and friendly.They. provided clear and thorough information regarding the insurance process. Dr. Mustafa, explained the next steps of my treatment plan. Everyone I encountered provided great service and I look forward to my next visit.

By far my favorite dental office. From the front of the house, to the hygienists, to the doctor himself, everyone is welcoming, accommodating, and supportive. I have the biggest fear of the dentist and always put off going but I know when I come here I will be treated kindly and the work will be done properly. They go out of their way to make me feel safe and welcome and do not judge, that’s very important in dentistry.

The office manager needs a 12 step program with her resentments and jealously she has . She was mad when I proved to her that she was wrong at her three times she had me removed as a patience . I called Dr Christopher Nassif and he return my phone call 4 days after 5 o clock . When I work . I called him back to tell him when is good to call me to discuss her action he never called back !! I guess our three years here were just a joke and a way for him to look like he wants to still be a dentist office but really caterer’s to his face patience more money!! He dies not care about any patience complaints and his office manger obviously does what ever she wants . I wouldn’t recommend this office for dentist work nor face work they are not fave doctored they are poor dentist!!!

Excellent experience, as always. I’m inspired to take better care of my oral health after each appointment. I encourage everyone to visit Westown Dental for your oral care needs. The Dentists, Hygienists, Technicians, Front staff and all supports—top notch! Keep up the GREAT work everyone!

I would leave no stars if it was an option. Have had many issues with this dentistry in the past. Today though, is sending me off the edge. I went in for pain coming from a molar where there is an obvious area that cracked or chipped away. I was told it was a cavity that I was feeling bother me. They proceeded to drill and fill said cavity and when I returned home and looked in the mirror the tooth I needed to have work done to was untouched to my surprise, and they worked on a tooth that was not affecting me. If you have a small cavity this man will drill away way more of your tooth than needed to fill. Then down the line tell you, you need a crown, or that you will need it extracted.. take my word and dont make the same mistake I did and stay away from this dentistry..

It’s been 2 years since my family started going to Westown Dental and everytime has been a pleasant experience, the staff is always so welcoming and really goes the extra mile for their patients.

Staff was kind and patient even though it was SUPER during my appointment. Everyone i spoke to was polite, professional and informative which I really appreciate! Dr. Mustafa is fantastic at what he does, I have a reasonable amount of anxiety around dentistry but I will absolutely be recommending his office to friends and family.

The staff and the doctor were very nice and very professional. They did an amazing job cleaning our teeth! Thank you 😊

The staff was really caring very polite great bedside manner I hope they give me approved for some dentures and implants. Also they do take Caresource Insurance.

Everyone is very helpful and they really take good care of the patients. Best dentist ever!!! Super nice employees. Thank you for all everything.
