Property management is very responsive and kind. It’s so nice coming home after work to well kept community. My experience has been great and I would definitely recommend!

I've lived here for just under a year and it's been great. Upon moving in the dishwasher was in awful shape - as soon as I contacted management about it they promptly replaced it with a new one. The other maintenance issues I've had have been responded to quickly and taken care of in a timely manner. Frank, the maintenance guy, is friendly, helpful and responsive. Amira in the office is always prompt and helpful when returning communications. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet. There's a playground for kids, a nice pool and neighbors are friendly. The area is safe and convenient to Alpine Ave. for shopping. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Lived here for a year. My stay was good. No complaints from me. The office was easy to work with, maintenance requests were filled quickly (same day or next day). It was pretty quiet for the most part. Friendly neighbors and they have a pool/gym! The monthly rent is about normal for this area, well worth the amount of living space you get.

During the time we lived there we enjoyed the community. A little over priced for the amount of space you have but we didn’t mind. Lawn care and snow removal were both very good. Dumpsters filled up quickly though. Even though we were told our kids couldn’t play in the back common area lots of kids would play back there and even go on your back deck. After living in one of their townhouses for a year we were told that we could sign a lease for $125.00 more per month or we could move. Lots of our neighbors moved out too for same reasons. Instead of having better “customer service” so you don’t lose residents maybe you should just charge your good residents way more so they end up needing to move too! Come to collect our security deposit and we’re told that we only paid about half of it. Found check stubs to prove we had paid. And here I sit in the parking lot waiting for them to open to show them and get the rest of it. They were supposed to be in 30 minutes ago. This is after I waited two weeks while they were “closed for vacation” Glad to have moved out!!

I'm honestly baffled at the idea of a falling apart rental attempting to charge for their repairs to the property along with the unprofessional "office" staff. To top it off the "snow removal" will use leave blowers and leave the front doors snowed in as well as people actually getting their vehicles stuck because the office lady thinks that the best is the cheapest. If I could I'd say the only good thing about this place is the very polite maintenance man. Save your money. Don't rent something you can't even enjoy because of money greedy people.

Really enjoyed living here. Management was great, neighbors friendly and overall really quiet. Was sad to move out due to personal reasons. Would recommend!

Management & maintenance are great, and neighbors are friendly. The apartments are maintained well - it definitely feels like home!

It is quiet, clean and conveniently located. However parking is limited for visitors. Staff was easy to work with.

I WAS ASSAULTED AT GUN POINT AND THE LANDLORD DID NOTHING!!! MY NEIGHBORS BROKE INTO KY CAR COUNTLESS OF TIMES!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! THE PEOPLE STILL LIVE AT 4503 Tabor Rd!!!! THEY MADE ME LEAVE AND TOLD ME THAT THOSE PEOPLE WERENT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE LIVING THERE AND THEY STILL ARE!

Great experience living here for a few years! Great service and maintenance.
