Westgate Laundromat

I always go here to do my laundry! Cheapest place in town you can do a load and dry for around 5 bucks! You cant do that anywhere else and its super clean the only reason I give 4 stars is because sometimes there are people outside drinking beer and getting a lil rowdy once in a while but they are harmless other then thats its a awesome spot to do youre laundry!

Absolutely disgusting owner welcomes homeless people to stay out front of her business super dirty when concerns brought up to the owner he completely discarded and was absolutely rude what recommended to go to any other laundromat

This laundromat has changed drastically. It went from a place with more non working machinery, to one that is fully functional, and the dryer actually dry your garments. They stayed open throughout the "plandemic". Way to keep us all in mind.

I go at least once a month to use the big washers. It is always clean, equipment is always functioning.

This laundromat is very clean and efficient. It also includes air condition, bathrooms and has snack and drink machines. The owner is very kind and always helpful. We appreciate this business.

My washer at home broke and I needed to do a few loads before the new one arrived. This place was very clean and easy to use. Since I was new, I called the number with a few questions. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. The machines all worked well and the dryers dried the clothes a lot quicker than expected. I highly recommend this place.

Took my clothes in for the wash and fold service and am missing over 1/3 of my laundry. The lady was also very irritated thay I was there and had so much laundry, she was clearly overwhelmed. Very disappointed! The customer service is completely horrible. I have a mental illness that prevents me from talking on the phone and my husband works 13 hour days and hasn't had the time to call them back. They called me once and had already said they didn't have my items. Missing a months worth of socks for 2 people, underwear, pants and many shirts. Absolutely do not recommend! Nasty people. The lady was so irritated that we were evening bringing our laundry at 1230 when they closed at 4 after we talked with the owner who was very nice and said come on in.

Love this place. My favorite are the large washers. I can wash a California King duvet cover and comforter at once. I was also able to wash and dry over a week's worth of laundry for under $10 and ~45 minutes. Owner is friendly and always answers calls :) Also, the store has a coin machine that will exchange all denominations between 1-20 dollar bills for quarters without a fee, so you don't need to go to the bank!
