Booked a taxi for my parents through Western Suburb Taxi’s website. Got a confirmation saying it was booked. Taxi did not show up. I phoned the company to enquire what had happened. They tried to argue that it was a different provider. However I had screen shot the confirmation, with their details and number. Beware - if you book online, don’t assume it’s booked!
