Nicole was amazing!!! She helped my toddler get the braces she needed and my toddler picked out the design. Of course ins wanted more dx codes from pcp so went back to do that so WCBL could resubmit. Within days of me going to pcp and called WCBL to let them know, the braces were ready in about 5 weeks or so. Very fast! I am so happy with the service and the help for my kid. The phones work, that was only an issue when first opening the office. I originally sent an email about making an appointment for my kid and they called me back next day!

I have been a client of WBL for the past two years and I have always had excellent experiences. I was excited that there was a new office opening closer to where I live and so I took the opportunity to schedule an appointment to have a new orthotic adjusted. My Orthotist Nicole was wonderful...she took great interest in what I had to say, was very thorough in understanding my recent set backs/challenges and went out of her way to make sure I could leave that day with a more optimal set up for my feet. I couldn't be happier and neither could my feet :)

Ya.. don’t go here, especially if you’re an amputee. From the start, it seemed like a bad Experience, and I had my reservations about it. But I was desperate for a processes in the area as I needed a left leg prosthetic. When I first called them, I was on hold for quite a while before the call disconnected or I was hung up on. After that, I called back about a week later and explained my previous call was unsuccessful, I was on hold for a while again and eventually, somebody told me that somebody would call me back. It wasn’t until Several days later. I finally got a call back. I explained my situation that I’ve been having trouble trying to get a prosthetic that fits me and I wanted to try a different company and Westcoast Brace Limb has a very good reputation so I got an appointment there about a week later. I needed help getting into the building and they brought out a wheelchair, but it was too small for me and the wheels were rubbing against my hips from the inside of the wheelchair. I was very uncomfortable and it was painful. It was also hard getting out of the wheelchair into the chair in the room, which I normally don’t have problems with, but because the wheelchair that I was put in was so unusually small, even for a normal size person. It was very unsteady and unsafe and could have resulted Very badly. After this, it took the girl about an hour to mold my leg, which should normally take 20 mins, if that. Despite the inconveniences I left with a good feeling, a positive feeling. She told me the quicker I send them my insurance card and drivers license the quicker they can send this in for approval. I sent them the information less than an hour after leaving the appointment. Assuming that they would send it all over to insurance promptly. But they didn’t. They didn’t return my calls or answer the phone several times when I called there to see the status, I had to call the other location just to get updates. The one time I did speak with somebody it was through text messages and they told me that the Insurance claim was submitted. Now this is already several weeks later. But they had actually lied to me and it wasn’t submitted, because I called my insurance company and they told me it was not submitted yet. I then confronted WC BL Wesley Chapel location and they said that we didn’t submit it yet. We wanna make sure everything is correct on it. They then began questioning Things that we had already gone over. It’s like they were just trying to find excuses not to submit my claim and lead me on as if this was being done. The communication was horrible and overall, it was a very bad experience. The main WCBL needs to teach these people how to run a business properly. They need to get a manager over to that location And teach them how to treat people and how to properly deal with customers and patients. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from beginning to end. I tried being an optimistic and hoping for the best, but in hindsight, it was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend anybody go here, especially if you’re an amputee, at least not until they clean things up and I don’t mean the aesthetic of the building. It’s very nice and brand new inside Although a bit small for a prosthetic center.. there’s also no handicap accessible door from what I can remember. I would suggest that WCBL on Fletcher figure out why their office in Wesley Chapel is doing so poorly and fix things up to redeem their reputation because I will never use West Coast Brace and limb again after this experience To anybody reading this, I apologize if it seems hard to read. I’m using my microphone to dictate the dialog

Nicole at Westcoast is amazing! I have followed her from the MLK/South Tampa location to the new Wesley Chapel location. She always takes her time and explains everything. She is amazing with kids.
