Excellent quality work and the big job done in half a day at a very reasonable price. Our main water line burst leaving us without water overnight. The next day, I got quotes from 3 different plumbing company. Ramon from West Wing came at 8am followed by the other after 2 hours. Our decision to let Ramon and his crew do the job was easy. He is prompt, honest and knowledgeable. They work exactly how a pro does--efficiently. Using some boring machine, they carefully replaced the rusted mainline avoiding the sewer and gas lines and with a lot less digging than expected. When the job is done, they left the place better/cleaner than before. Thanks a bunch guys!

I had a plumbing project at my house that required removal of an old bath tub, drilling into the cement slab (the leaky pipes were partially encased in the cement) replacement of the leaky pipes and installation of a new bathtub. I had gotten a quote from another plumbing company for $5,500. I decided to get another opinion, found West Wing Plumbing and I could not be be happier! These two brothers are the best! They did the work for $2,500, they were very professional did not leave a big mess. They broke as few tiles as possible around the tub area, which I really appreciated. So ….. we had a seriously dangerous leak in our house and master bathroom with renters in the home. Big-time crisis moment today. Ramone was incredible. He was very patient, listened very carefully, calmed me down when I was like losing it thinking the worst, and then just came in like a knight in shining armor to save the day and fix everything for an incredibly fair price. People like this don't exist anymore. He cares very much about the customer and he's extremely diligent in his work. He was very humble too like I didn't really think he knew what he was doing just because he was more on the quiet side, but he literally knew more than he ever let on. Man of few words, but a vast amount of knowledge. He found both leaks extremely quickly and fixed both of them, gave our tenants direction on how to manage and fix the situation and calmed them down. It was probably the best experience we've ever had with a plumber. He's gonna be our new guy forever and anytime I have anything. I called West Wing and they were able to come out the same day when the tenant was home. They troubleshooted the clogged, slow pipe, and used a camera to see what was happening. They were able to take care of the problem quickly. I would recommend them. Tenant is beyond happy. As a landlord of several apartments, a good reliable plumber is a must. THANK YOU!
