Within just a few short hours, they had removed our old, bulky hot water tank and installed a brand new tankless hot water system. Works perfectly! Seperate job on 2/7/2026: Our old well pump burned out due to the extreme cold/freezing. Matthew and Derek, once again. came to our rescue immediately and installed a new pump. Westway is nothing short of fantastic!!

West Way Plumbing Mathew West and Dereck arrived at time scheduled with all the plumbing parts required to replace my shower faucet cartridge. I had previously told Mathew the faucet make and model based on information I found on the faucet. They were friendly and freely answered my questions about the replacement process as I watched them work. At the end they adjusted the shower temperature control to my requested hot/cold settings. Was impressed with their professionalism and in the future will certainly call West Way Plumbing.
