West Valley Appraisal was great to work with. They responded very quickly after I contacted them through their website. They were very communicative about scheduling and all the information they would need. When I was unprepared to make payment they were flexible by offering a web portal to make payment by card. Then when I realized I had given them incorrect information for the cover page of the appraisal, they edited and sent me a corrected copy right away. I can’t recommend West Valley Appraisal enough because they were so responsive, helpful, and accommodating.
