West Techs Heating & Cooling

This is my second time working with West Techs and they have been amazing!! I had them come out back at the beginning of October to replace my AC motor. Right before Thanksgiving it seemed to stop working again. I was able to get them to come out this week and they worked with me on what time I could do. He was able to get the problem figured out quickly and get it working again!! I will definitely be a return customer because they are reliable, knowledgeable, and have great customer service.

Called West Tech when our A/C went out at our business. The receptionist was friendly, and they had a tech to us within a couple of hours. He diagnosed and repaired the issue with future recommendations for maintenance. We will use them again for our A/C maintenance and repairs.

Pauline and her crew are the best and got my AC running back in a quick! They explained everything what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family for their AC needs!!

The technicians were absolute professionals. skilled, clean and helpful. they had to work in a really confined area and replacing a very old system. They made sure everything was cleaned up and working before they left. They showed me how to use my thermostat and where to change my filter. This is the best customer service I have ever received in Odessa. Also, the price they quoted is exactly what I paid, no shady business
