I had severe pain on my upper right wisdom tooth and called and was seen by Dr Dounel. he was very comforting and was able to arrange payment plan for me and took out the wisdom tooth at ease. Was very satisfied with the service and will return to take out the remaining wisdom teeth

I called the night before almost close to midnight and saw Dr Dounel super early in the morning due to emergency tooth pain. he spoke to me over the phone and was able to help me extract the tooth with no pain . He was very comforting and very professional. glad he was available and took care of me. Will be coming back to get more work done.

Dr Dounel removed my top left wisdom tooth and it was such an amazing experience, no pain at all, very patient super accommodating and SO FAST. I was so nervous coming for my removal I left so happy. This will be my dentist office for me and my family.

Dr dounel saved my life on a saturday night. Seriously, was in extreme pain from an infected wisdom tooth and he was the one dentist available. He truly saved me, i was in unbearable pain. Pulled it out effortlessly and with zero pain. Thank you dounel!

Dr. Dounel is great. Ive been going to him for a long time. Easy scheduling. Good results. Thorough cleanings. I used to go to his Inglewood location, and more recently this Santa Monica one. Both have parking in the back which is also an added bonus

Dr D. has a new patient for life. The nicest, most professional dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve worked with a LOT in my 47 years of life. I had blinding pain on thanksgiving and my normal dentist and all the other ones I’ve used were closed. I googled and saw Dr D takes emergency calls. When I called, I could hear all his family in the background doing thanksgiving. He said it might take some time but he could see me same day, but when I told him how bad I felt, he left his holiday immediately to meet me. I was in his chair within 30 min. What a great man. My issues were complex, and time consuming. He took his time and was very thorough, and even took a lot of time to explain everything to me. All the other dentists I’ve visited work like a factory and try to get you in and out. When I just went back for a follow up, his very kind wife was working at the front desk and was so caring and sincerely concerned about me. Rare to find of a talented, caring doc and a family run practice where they actually care and treat patients like family. Best of all, my teeth feel great. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

This place is great. By far the best dentist I've ever worked with. Ive had a history of complicated dental issues, so normally I'd get scared and uneasy, but not here. They know how to treat their patients right, and Dr. Dounel always puts me at ease and is very detailed and a perfectionist with his work. A+++

I have been a patient of Dr Dounel for couple years now and been very satisfied with his work. He is very thorough with his explanations and does amazing cosmetic work. He did a root canal and crown for me in addition to extracting my wisdom teeth. Had no pain. Been coming to him ever since
