A question we get from all of our endometriosis patients is “what can I do at home to help manage my endo symptoms?”
Here are a few common things we typically recommend:
❤️ diet is key…avoid foods that cause an increase in estrogen levels which means moderating intake of meat and dairy…be sure these are organic and hormone free when you do have them.
❤️ choose pads instead of tampons whenever possible as tampons can inhibit the free flow of blood out of the body
❤️ exercise 3-4 days per week doing something you love, but avoid strenuous activity and doing any inversions during your cycle.
