Excellent service, reliable and trustworthy. update on this post. water softner was installed on Jan 16 2026. when Brian West connected the water lines to it there was a leak. He tried to tighten it and was unsuccesful. He left and said he would be back to fix it. He came back twice and still could not get it to stop leaking. He then told me he was going to get parts to replace the pieces of water line going into the softner. BRIAN HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO FIX THE LEAK. I have called him to no avail. Brian is not answering my CALLS.He is screening my calls and wont answer when he sees it is me. Brian has told me several time that he would be back at a certain time and date and then not shown up or called to let me know he cant make. This has happened 4 times. When you have a bussiness that GUARANTEES your work and that is what is on your website you should be man enough to stand behind that. I paid you in good faith that you would stand behind your work. Well Im out that money and have to pay someone else to fix your screwup. You have done this to other people come to find out. Im very disappointed in what kind of person you are. thats what is wrong in this world are decieptful people like you Brian West that own West Heating and Cooling that should be shut down.How would you feel if you Brian West or your family was treated like this. Hope you can sleep full well knowing that you treat people like this. When I give my word to someone I keep it unlike you Brian West. Hope every one that calls you looks at the reviews and realizes what a untrusty persone you are.

I just wanna say that West Heating and Cooling 2 men installed my new AC & Furnace, Keith & David they did an awesome job and very careful doing it, they didn't took there time, they just went to work. I'm very happy that I called them and spoke to Brian the owner came the next day and gave me a reasonable bib or quote ,I'll definitely recommend West Heating and Cooling to others. Our AC went out last night. Called West H&C this morning and they jumped right on getting us fixed. So important with the heat index at 105°!!! Very reasonable cost, friendly and professional, and bless them for working in this heat! I would can them again if needed without hesitation! Thanks gentlemen!

Mr west was quick to return my call and show up when the weather was very cold and our hvac went out on a Sunday, honest work and gave us a great quote for a new system!

I wish I could give 10 Stars! They were here in a couple hours from when I called, and fixed in about a half hour, what another HVAC company said couldn't be fixed! Brian West was the best.

Brian was absolutely awesome! I had arrived at my house and found that the air conditioning was not working and the temperature inside 97°. It was after 5:00pm and his company was the first one to pop up when I searched online. He answered promptly and arrived at the house within 45 minutes! Turns out there had been a nearby lightning strike which damaged the electric meter and fried the compressor. Once the electric company fixed the meter the next morning, Brian came right back and finished the repairs on the air conditioner. He and his assistant were so nice and pleasant. I could not have been more pleased with their prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend West Heating & Cooling.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience getting our old system up graded especially with the add on we recently did that needed duct work ran to the new rooms. These gentleman showed when they said they would and the 1 time the wasn't able to we both received messages telling us what was going on and when they would make it. Any questions my wife asked she'd get an answer for and if one of the gentlemen didn't know themselves they would get in contact with one who did. Not the whole house feels great. The grandkids appreciate the coolness in their rooms. Have told all our friends about the great experience and anyone else who may possibly ask. Thanks Brian for the great experience. You and your guys are great. Appreciate the good work.

In all seriousness, Do NOT use this business! Brian West, the Owner, has no idea what he is doing with repairing a furnace or finding the problem but very good at overcharging & demanding payment before work is even completed then takes 2 months to come back! They don’t come when they say they will & they don’t even call to tell you, most of the time you can’t even leave a message because the mailbox is full. A lot of other complaints just like this on here too & i believe them. Not BBB accredited & their rating is an “F”. Brian came to fix our furnace on emergency call at night coldest night of the year in February 2025 when heat stopped running & after telling us we needed a new fan switch board & he couldn’t get one, so he put one so-called comparable one in he had but he wired the fan directly to the furnace so it would run. we found the correct part on Amazon the next day. He said he would come back & put our ordered correct part in once we received & do at no charge & take out the one he put in. After 2 months of calling & 3 NO shows & NO courtesy calls, he came back to install correct part. He blew a fuse from messing with wires & after an hour he was in such a hurry to get going that we only had a chance to test the heat once & he was gone faster than a jack rabbit & still the fan would not turn on with the furnace. I didn’t bother calling him back, no way! Called a local certified hvac & they came & said he wired it all wrong, left the switch hanging by a wire; never screwed & secured it to the unit. Plus the problem was NEVER the fan switch! Got photos from the new guy to show us what a mess Brian made with wiring & actually made our problem worse!! So of course his incompetence is going to cost me more money. Brian West as the owner is Absolutely the most unqualified person to be installing or repairing a furnace. If I could give them zero stars I would. Dishonest, unreliable, Unprofessional, unqualified, terrible customer service, over charges & I will never use them again. Lesson learned. Beware of using this business! And you can deny all you want Brian everything I said was 100% truth & YES it went exactly like I said,! I don’t give bad reviews unless it’s warranted and this is the most warranted review I have ever given!

Brian West with West heating and air-conditioning out of Max Creek just scanned me out of $9200 by selling me a used AC unit that did not work and it will not return my money
