WGWD and their team are phenomenal! It was so nice to have honest and hard working people on your side when you're in "crisis" (ours being water damage after a burst pipe). Travis initially answered my call and their office was in contact with me within just a few hours to schedule a time for them to come out. Not only was WGWD on time and courteous but they also took the time to educate and ensure we were fully involved during each step of the process. I genuinely appreciated their up to date communications and ensuring that no decisions or steps were taken without my knowledge. I will look no further then this company for any future damages or repairs that may occur in our home.

Travis was great to work with. He showed up the following morning after I called and had the demo done the same day. Very thorough when dealing with my insurance company to make sure everything would be covered. He handled the whole process from the demo to the remodel. Really great service and genuinely cares about the little guy ie the average Joe like you and I asking for his help! I would like to give a HUGE thank you to West GA Water Damage, especially Travis! He was the first person that took my call and immediately started giving me a lot of knowledge about the process and what the next steps were. He was at our house the next day fulley equipped and started the drying process. Not only does Travis have reasonable prices, but he also knows what the quality of his work and expertise is worth. He went to bat for us several times with the insurance company. He made sure all the mold was scrubbed out of our house and we got floors that were the quality of the ones that were destroyed by the flood. He even supplied us with a contractor to do the rebuild. Of course that kind of situation is stressful. However, Travis answered all of our questions, demonstrated how things worked and made the whole process as light and easy for us that he could.
