She helped with the vision, provided design guidance, and explained options. We love the quality of the cabinetry and the quartz. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! The previous kitchen was very dated, and Cathy was able to design a stunning update. Cathy, Derrick and his crew were all great. I love my new kitchen. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to have working in my kitchen. They did everything we asked and were great cleaning up after they completed their work. The craftsmanship was amazing. I am extremely happy with the quality of their work and loved how they transformed my kitchen.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets and countertops done and are loving them! Cathie helped guide us through material choices, kept us updated throughout the process, and had really gone above and beyond our expectations . It was such a relief to know our kitchen was in good hands and now it is our favorite room in the house. It’s rare to find a company that you can fully trust and they proved from day one that they genuinely care about their work and customers. We will definitely be using them for our master bath eventually! We couldn’t be more pleased with the process and results.

We worked with Catherine and West Dupage Cabinets to create not only a "functional kitchen" but a "beautiful remodel". She was recommended by BBC Construction and we are so happy we called Cathy. She is easy to work with and pays attention to details, asking plenty of questions so you achieve the kitchen of your dreams. She helped us make some changes that greatly improved the function of the space and her recommendations were helpful and insightful. West DuPage Cabinets, Granite and Flooring designed my beautiful new laundry room. This was my third home remodeling project using West DuPage Cabinets, Granite and Flooring. Catherine S. designed each of my projects. Her knowledge and creativity in design is amazing, she has once again created a living space far beyond what I had envisioned. The workmanship and quality of the cabinets and quartz countertop are beautiful and will most definitely last for many years to come. It’s difficult to compose a concise review when there are so many positive and wonderful adjectives to use when describing our experience working with Cathie at West DuPage Cabinets. At our first meeting when asking us what we were looking for in an updated kitchen, we stated value and efficiency; and also a vision because “we aren’t gifted with this type of stuff.” Cathie reassured us that she “wouldn’t let us make any bad decisions” and that she could deliver on our needs pertaining to value and efficient use of our current kitchen layout. She delivered! At the initial showroom meeting the first decision made was to keep our current tile “because there’s nothing wrong with it and I can work the color pattern in with your cabinet and counter color preferences.” Great…there’s at least $6,000 saved, a week of construction and mountains of dust. And from there the process just rolled. Cathie is insightful, thoughtful, respectful, patient and kind. The entire process is collaborative and transparent; hers is a relationship of trust and communication. She brings suggestions but isn’t married to them, listening and adjusting design elements to what we liked and what we were so-so on. The outcome is a kitchen we completely love but never in a million years would have picked out on our own. The craziest part that we still can’t wrap our heads around is our kitchen is the same layout yet we have a ridiculous amount of more space, she totally maximized efficiency of space. Finally, all of her referrals worked very well for us. Most importantly, contractor Derrick Schnabel, who is worth his weight in gold; if you don’t have a preferred contractor, he’s worth the wait! We look forward to working with Cathie and Derrick in the next 2-3 years on a basement bar/kitchen. Thanks again, Cathie, for a wonderful experience.
