Sewage Treatment Plant Refurbishment for our commercial client.
This was a good technical job and we loved it!
What we did:
⭐️Create and fabricate a new electrical kiosk
⭐️Install aeration compressors including hoses, manifolds and fittings to primary treatment tank
⭐️Excavate surrounding ground to expose existing aeration pipework serving the primary washer unit allowing inspection and reconnection
⭐️Installation of 8 airlift caps restoring correct airlift function and internal circulation within the treatment plant
⭐️Carried out full service restoring correct airlift function and internal circulation
⭐️Install new outlet pump
⭐️Completed operation testing to confirm full functional performance
Results a full load working system 🫶
