Ok let’s take a look at the last site visit with beeping alarms and treatment plant not working.
Fundamentally installed incorrectly! Why?
‼️Pipe just laid loose in a seasonally dry ditch
‼️ No discharge permit from the environment agency
‼️Gravity outlet capped off
‼️Pump not installed correctly
‼️Electrical work incorrectly installed
‼️No part P electrical sign off
‼️No building control sign off
‼️Tank tampered with therefore warranty from manufacturer void
So yes a builder maybe cheaper for the installation but the rectification works make it a more expensive option!
While some builders may know their stuff some are not up to date on regulations to make a successful installation that is compliant.
