When I was asked to be part of the Sedgemoor fm network discussion I was thrilled, the topic was just something I love to talk about.
Why don’t we grow?
Because we can’t loose focus on our customers and the personal touch we offer them. We know our customers and we can give them a quality bespoke service that we believe is very special.
Our reasons for going into business was to provide a service to our clients that is personal and bespoke and that is exactly what we deliver.
What does being a small giant mean for us?
We are a small company in a very big sea in the drainage world but we managed to win at the NATIONAL drainage awards because we have something very different. Trust, honesty, compassion and sustainability. I truly believe these ethics are the true values of WCDS.
