I’ve been going to Turlough at West Coast Physio for a couple of months now - and for a few different injuries due to running, and I’ve had a really good experience. He always takes the time to explain things clearly, gives me helpful exercises to do at home, and shows me how to do them properly during the session. Also, at the end of each session, I get an updated program by email, with the exercises added to an app with video demos, which is helpful. I also got some great advice on how to get back to running and how to improve my running technique. I’m really happy with the care I’ve received and definitely recommend them.

I am almost reluctant to leave a review here as I don’t want too many people to know how wonderful my experience was. I have been to many physio therapists, (and many other practitioners ) with an on-going neck issue over a ten year period. I met Leah for the first time today, for a deep tissue massage. She listened attentively and got to work, by the end of the session I was able to move my jaw and neck in ways Id forgotten existed. I highly reccomend her.
