Called to vacuum out my small backyard pond. They were able to slot me in same day and came quickly. Kevin did a great job cleaning out my pond. It was full of mud and plants. He pressure washed the whole pond and left it pristine. It was very satisfying to watch. I would definitely use them again and recommend West Coast Hydro Vac to anyone.

these guys are amazing - most prompt emergency services I’ve ever experienced. Called for an emergency pump out needed on a Wednesday evening in north van - heavy rain and they still showed up on site within 2 hours. We had a skimmer area on a pond we maintain needing some vacuuming. The guys were able to come within the week and get the job done. Crew were very friendly and competent, except for a bit of grass damage from the truck. Admin also were very responsive to some unexpected charges on the invoice and adjusted accordingly. Overall a good experience.

I called Chad on a weekend and surprisingly they were open, after taking to Chad and confirming I’m with our customer I immediately booked the services and their truck was on site the next day with backfill for our trench. With the help of West Coast Hydro Vac we were able to get our service upgraded without a glitch.
