We are extremely happy with the process of building our deck. With West Coast Deck company, from start to finish, it was an easy, comprehensive and effective experience. I think it took no more than 9 days of work; and it was not an easy task, considering our deck was built, on the back of a rather steep rolling hill. The team came, and even under extreme heat, they worked long hours and did a great job each time. Our neighbors were also supervising and were very impressed. As someone who is very particular about my home's aesthetic, I was impressed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They provided creative solutions for seamlessly integrating the new TimberTech Advanced PVC Vintage Collection deck (Color: Dark Hickory) with our existing slate floor at the top and planter wall and ipe wall at the bottom. The entire West Coast Deck team are true craftsmen who take immense pride in their work. The customer service in the office is efficient & friendly. I couldn't be happier with the finished deck and highly recommend them.

I know the owner personally and he and his team do great work. He really cares about each customer and you never feel like just a number. Given I’m no longer in Southern California he helped find me a great referral up north and continued to check in on the progress and was always there if I had questions. Above and beyond. This is the company you want to hire to build your deck and we will certainty use them again when we move back to Southern California!
