Exceptional taxi service - Highly recommended I recently used West Air Cars for a round trip to Bristol Airport and was thoroughly impressed. The driver was courteous, professional and genuinely friendly , making the trip both comfortable and stress-free. I received helpful text confirmations that reassured me all arrangements were in place. Living in a rural area off the main routes, I often find transport logistics a challenge, however this service handled it seamlessly. A very reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be using them again.

We used West Air Cars for our holiday this month. As a family of 4, I was not sure on using a taxi service, however Jim ensured 2 car seats for my children and there was plenty of room for all of our luggage and stroller! Jim was on time for both journeys and made getting to and from the airport SO easy - no waiting around or queuing! I would highly recommend and will most definitely be using West Air Cars again!

Having recently required a taxi to Bristol Airport and back for my wife and myself I decided to give 'West Air Taxis' a try. On the day of leaving, I noted the taxi waiting outside my house a few minutes ahead of due time, no panic (as to 'will the taxi arrive'?) and a great start to our holiday! We met the driver Jim who was smiling, friendly and welcoming and we were transferred smoothly, safely and comfortably in a very clean and modern Mercedes to Bristol Airport without a hitch and at a very reasonable cost. On our return, Jim was waiting for us at the airport to transfer us home again with another smooth and faultless journey - Many thanks Jim! I shall have no hesitation in using this business again and would highly recommend this service to others."

This is the third trip with Taxi Driver Jim and could not fault his service. The car is plenty big enough for suitcases. He delivered us to and from the airport, knew the various routes well and was prompt on both occasions. Most importantly Jim is so much cheaper than all other taxi services we have encountered. I use West Air every time I fly in on business from the channel Islands to take me into Bristol city center, then back again later that day. Driver Jim is always happy. Car is very nice!
